This dressing consists of a water-repellent and silver-coated polyamide network, which is impregnated with neutral fats of herbal triglycerides.
Advantages:

- Prevent the growth of granulation tissue between the pores of the tulle dressing
- can be used up to seven days without changing it
- Can be cut to desired size
Points:
- Can be used with Sorbalgon, HydroTac, Zetuvit E, and Zetuvit silicone dressings.
- Applying Atrauman Ag with any ointments is prohibited due to the interference caused by the release of effective silver ions.
- Depending on the amount of exudate, the dressing change intervals are between 3 to 7 days.
