How to apply:
irrigate the wound with normal saline according to the doctor's instructions
Select the appropriate size and ensure that the dressing covers the wound margin by 2 cm. Avoid cutting the dressing.
Before using the dressing, irrigate the wound well and dry it completely, and after using the dressing, make sure it is completely attached.
Remove the protective layer of the dressing and place the sticky part on the wound so that the green layer is external part.
With the help of a secondary bandage or any other tape according to the physician’s order, keep your dressing stable.
According to the condition of the wound and the protocols of the health center, this dressing can be kept on the wound for up to 7 days. When the stain of exudate reaches the edge of the dressing, it should be replaced.
Points:
- At the time of use, the white side should be applied on the wound.
- Fixation of non-adhesive dressing is done with Omnifix E.
- Depending on the amount of exudate, the dressing change intervals are between 3 and 5 days.
