Hydro film

Advantages:

• Its waterproof nature allows the patient to take a shower.
• Semi-permeable feature of this dressing prevents the penetration of water and bacteria while it is permeable to oxygen(breathable).

• This dressing is not cuttable.
• As a secondary dressing, it can be used together with Sorbalgon and Hydrosorb Gel.
• If it is used over gel, the size of the Hydrofilm should be 4 cm larger than the edges of the wound.
